We have different kinds of rooms offering different views of the sea. We have rooms with queen beds, rooms with queen beds with a pull out couch (double bed ) and we have rooms with 2 double beds. Five of our rooms have a refrigerator, and eight of our rooms have kitchenette facilities. All of our rooms have private bathrooms, hardwood floors, cable T.V., ceiling fan, and a private sea view deck with our sandy beach just below you!!.
There are 4 acres of lawns and gardens and a 1,200 foot sandy tidal beach. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, with a touch of class, come stay with us for a night or two -or better yet -a week. We offer comfort, service and modern facilities all carefully blended with the leisure beauty of private decks, a large communal barbeque area with two grills, gardens, sandy beaches, close proximity to numerous attractions and much more.

Rooms 14 and 15 can make up a suite….seasonal rate plus $85 for the annexed bedroom.A Modified Continental Breakfast of Fresh brewed Columbian coffee, muffins, cereals, fruit, juices, toast, and morning specialties is available daily.
For our business guests, we offer an intimate conference space for 40-50 people. Hardwood floors, oak tables and a spectacular view are included! Just let us know what you will need and we promise we will make every effort to ensure your meeting is productive and enjoyable. In addition we offer a special corporate package complete with breakfast, a light lunch and salmon or steak barbecue or lobster supper in the evening.
Reservations and Cancellation Policy
If you have specific dates in mind, please call us with as much advance notice as possible.
Credit card information will be requested at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be debited until you check out.
If your plans change and you have to cancel your reservation, we ask for 48 hours notice,
otherwise you will be held financially responsible for your room unless we are able to re-sell it. For Group Booking Cancelation Policy please contact the inn.
Wharf Rat Rally Labour Day Weekend Cancellation Policy
For the Wharf Rat Rally in September, a minimum 3 night stay is required. Room reservations for that event must be paid for in full by June 1, 2011. No refund is given for inclement weather. However, cancellations will be given a full 3 night credit to be used
in 2011 or 2012 (excluding Wharf Rat Rally 2012).
